Six of the ten numbers were agents/brokers, not owners as promised, and two numbers were disconnected entirely. Requested a partial refund for the misrepresented leads and followed up three times over two weeks; the ticket remained unresolved with only automated status updates.

Renewed the same 'Premium Owner Connect' subscription for a second cycle after being told the first batch of leads was an isolated issue. Paid ₹11,999 again a few weeks later. Of 40 promised contacts, 22 were genuine owners but 18 numbers returned 'not reachable' or were duplicate leads already unlocked in the first cycle, so the plan effectively delivered fewer than half the advertised unique contacts for the price paid across both cycles.
